What the hell is taking so long in getting a comprehensive collection of the greatest animation director ever together?!!??
I've always loved Tex Avery's cartoons more than ant other director or animator. He has been a great influence on my art and writing (and it's not just because we were both born February 26 either!.

Tex Avery was a step apart and two steps ahead of his contemporaries ; too bad censorship was so strict back in his best era ; he would've done some really wild and outrageous stuff ...
